Equipment specifications
1、Apply imported German MAXIMATOR gas booster which can increase the gas pressure to high pressure.
2、 Freely shift among 4 pressure ranges
Equipped with 4 precision pressure gauges
Accuracy: 0.25%
Ranges: 0～300psi、0～600psi、0～3000psi、0～10000psi
3、Dedicated low pressure calibration system，More convenient to check low pressure safety valves, and protect precision pressure gauges.
4、Tandem Pneumatic clamping structure, easy and fast operation.
5、Small diameter seat with adjustable height and width of the eccentric clamping structure, validation without Center pad, check with the same size eccentric disc valves do not need to change the location, efficient, very quickly and easily. (Patent structure)
6、Large diameter valves have an adjustable clamping force structure which according to the size of diameter and clamping force of pressure, in the application of high pressure safety valve checking.

Note: Adjustable large diameter clamping structure according to the DN and opening pressure of safety valve.
Too large clamping pressure may cause damage of safety valve or accident.
Too small clamping pressure may not meet the seal requirements.  
5、Working media: Clean compressed air, nitrogen gas in bottles.
This equipment should not be used to validate other valves.
